Impact on Underrepresented Groups:

Underrepresented and vulnerable groups have always been involved in our activities. This project will give them significant roles at every stage of development. Young people, women, and climate-affected communities will be included in teams and strategic decision-making processes—not just for consultation but as co-decision-makers, direct beneficiaries, and change agents.
We will create inclusive governance mechanisms, including reserved seats for women and youth in regional steering committees. Indigenous communities will be actively involved through participatory workshops to identify perceptions and recommendations.
We regularly fund the participation of very vulnerable populations by providing travel allowances; we will continue this practice in this project.
