Impact on Underrepresented Groups:
Our installations empowers groups that are often underrepresented in the climate movement by directly engaging with traditional, high-emission industries that have historically been excluded from climate-forward innovation. Sectors such as the oil and gas industry, landfill operations, and waste management are not typically viewed as leaders in climate solutions, despite being responsible for large volumes of wasted methane through flaring and venting. We see these industries—and the workers and communities connected to them—as critically underrepresented in the climate transition. Our approach enables them to become active participants in climate action by transforming flare gas and landfill gas into useful, locally consumed electricity and AI capacity. This creates a practical pathway for emissions reduction without requiring disruptive changes to core operations. By deploying our technology on site, we help these sectors shift from being perceived solely as part of the climate problem to becoming part of the solution. Within our organization, this perspective is reflected in a multidisciplinary team that combines industrial engineering expertise with climate and energy innovation. Through collaboration, skills transfer, and real-world deployment, we empower traditionally excluded industrial stakeholders to meaningfully contribute to environmental progress and climate impact.
