Impact on Underrepresented Groups:

Our project helps women, youth, and vulnerable communities by giving them opportunities in clean energy. Women are involved in making, selling, and distributing improved cookstoves and briquettes, which gives them income and skills. Youth work as technicians, trainers, and sales agents, gaining experience and jobs in sustainable energy.

The stoves and briquettes help households that face climate risks, especially women and children, by reducing smoke, saving money, and protecting health. We provide training so families can use the stoves safely and effectively.

In our organization, women hold leadership roles and youth work in technical and sales teams. This ensures underrepresented groups have a voice in decisions and project design.

By giving skills, jobs, and better energy options, our project helps these groups take part in the climate movement, improve their health, and earn a better living.
