Impact on Underrepresented Groups:

Our project empowers underrepresented groups by delivering climate solutions in a climate-vulnerable region using local resources and inclusive participation. Based in Tunisia, we work with agricultural waste streams that are often burned, reducing pollution while creating local economic value.

Women and youth are represented in leadership and core operations, with women holding key roles in finance and scientific research, and a young founder leading the project. By developing low-cost, locally manufacturable production systems, we lower barriers to climate innovation in emerging markets.

The project supports skills development, job creation, and knowledge transfer in sustainable materials and circular economy practices, ensuring climate action is accessible and inclusive rather than concentrated in high-income regions.
