VOZES+Raízes is a youth driven climate action initiative in Mozambique that reduces greenhouse gas emissions by promoting renewable energy adoption and community resilience. Through technical vocational education and training (TVET) in solar energy, the project equips young people with practical skills to install and maintain clean energy systems, replacing fossil fuel dependence in rural areas. The initiative integrates grassroots mobilization, peacebuilding, and social empowerment, ensuring that climate mitigation is linked to inclusive development.
