Infibranches empower underrepresented groups by intentionally designing our energy access and fintech solutions to serve climate-vulnerable communities, women, youth, and small-scale entrepreneurs often excluded from the formal energy market. Our PAYG solar systems, bundled with micro-financing options, provide affordable, reliable, and clean energy to low-income households, market women, barbers, health centers, and small businesses in underserved regions. By enabling productive use of energy, women can extend business hours, reduce household energy burdens, and generate income, while youth gain access to technology-driven opportunities through our agent networks and digital platforms.
Within our organization, underrepresented groups are central to operations and decision-making. Women hold leadership positions across customer engagement, operations, and community outreach, while youth and local talent form the backbone of our agent network, ensuring localized knowledge and inclusive participation.
