Impact on Underrepresented Groups:

Our project actively empowers underrepresented groups in the climate movement, particularly youth and women.
 In Parakou, we engage young people as collectors and workers, providing training in tire recycling, production techniques, and entrepreneurship. 
This not only gives them income-generating opportunities but also builds their environmental awareness and leadership skills.
 Women are involved in both production and sales, ensuring gender inclusivity in our workforce and leadership pipeline. 
We also produce eco-friendly furniture, including chairs adapted for people with disabilities, ensuring accessibility and social impact.
Within our organization, underrepresented groups are actively included in decision-making and operational roles. 
Our approach ensures equitable participation, skill development, and access to leadership opportunities. 
By centering women, youth, and climate-vulnerable communities, we strengthen the social impact of our project while building a more inclusive and representative climate action model in Benin.

Mission Statement:

Ours mission is to transform end-of-life tires into useful, durable, and inclusive products in order to reduce pollution, fight climate change, and create green jobs in Benin.
 By recycling waste tires into rubber tiles, eco-friendly furniture, and mobility-adapted seating, we build a local circular economy that protects the environment .
