Our project empowers underrepresented groups in two key ways:

Within our organization: Our leadership and technical team are 100% Black South African, and 33% female, directly challenging the racial and gender disparities prevalent in both the tech and engineering sectors.

Through our impact: We prioritize operations in rural and underserved communities where critical infrastructure (like solar farms) is located. We create local, skilled job opportunities as drone pilots and technicians, and provide STEM training pathways for youth, fostering economic empowerment in climate-vulnerable regions.
