Impact on Underrepresented Groups:

Our project empowers underrepresented groups by prioritizing energy access for rural and peri‑urban communities , often marginalized in climate planning ,through reliable, clean electricity that improves livelihoods and reduces energy poverty. We engage youth and women in technical training and field deployment, building local green‑energy expertise.

Within our organization, leadership and technical roles are held by young African innovators, including women in operations and AI development. Our team reflects the communities we serve, with deep roots in Zimbabwe and firsthand understanding of local energy challenges. We actively partner with women-led farming cooperatives and youth tech hubs to co‑design solutions and ensure inclusion at every project phase.

The project creates skilled jobs, fosters community ownership, and designs with, not for, underrepresented groups, turning grid modernization into a pathway for equitable climate resilience.
