Impact on Underrepresented Groups:
Phi Earth intends to support communities that are most exposed to land degradation and climate risk, particularly Indigenous peoples, smallholders, women. These groups are central to our work, both as stewards of land and as long-term partners in restoration. Our deployments are designed around Indigenous and community-led stewardship. Through partnerships with governments, cooperatives, and UN SDG–aligned networks, projects are co-managed with local communities, integrating traditional land knowledge with regenerative agroforestry practices. Nurseries and field operations are run locally, creating accessible employment in planting, nursery management, biomass handling, and early processing. By 2030, we expect to support 10,000+ acres under regenerative management, creating 500 to 1,000 local jobs across nursery operations, agroforestry, biochar production, and field services. Participating households are expected to see 15 to 25 percent income increases through diversified crops, women-led microenterprises, and biomass value chains. Indirectly, 100,000 to 250,000 people are expected to benefit from restored land, improved food security, and healthier ecosystems. Training is a core part of empowerment. By 2030, we aim to train 5,000 to 10,000 individuals in regenerative land management, nursery skills, and site planning. Within our organisation, women hold senior leadership roles, and Indigenous representation is embedded through our partnerships and governance approach.
