At Carbonade, we believe climate solutions must be safe, inclusive, and beneficial to the communities they touch. Our technology is designed for low-temperature, low-pressure, fully electrified operation, reducing operational risk and creating safer working environments for operators and surrounding communities. By avoiding toxic or rare materials, we minimize environmental and health burdens that often disproportionately affect vulnerable populations. Our system is designed to be deployed directly at CO₂ capture sites, reducing transport emissions and limiting the concentration of industrial risk in already overburdened regions. This localized approach supports more equitable industrial development and avoids shifting environmental impacts elsewhere. Carbonade is also committed to inclusive team building. Women and people from diverse backgrounds hold key technical and leadership roles within the company, and we actively foster an environment that values diversity, scientific excellence, and mentorship. As we scale, we plan to hire and train local teams near deployment sites, creating skilled, long-term jobs and strengthening community engagement.
