Eco Charge actively empowers underrepresented groups in the climate movement, with a strong focus on women and youth. We ensure that 70% of our workforce are women, creating meaningful employment opportunities in production, sales, and supply chain roles. To make our workplace accessible to young mothers, we provide a daycare facility and offer flexible working hours, giving them peace of mind that their children are safe and cared for while they contribute to climate action.

Youth are at the center of our production and operations. Beyond employment, we invest in their personal development through quarterly workshops and mentorship programs that address critical life skills, including financial literacy, drug awareness, family planning, and strategies to improve their lives.
