Impact on Underrepresented Groups:

Our 6x faster installation reduces skilled labor barriers. Lightweight materials & less plastering/sanding training required enabling entry for women, immigrants, and youth into construction trades. 

Within JUUNOO we follow strict guidelines in regards to equality. We are proud to have underrepresented groups present at the board level and throughout the organization. A large part of our production is outsourced to non-profit production centers, giving jobs to those with a distance to the regular labor force market.
