Impact on Underrepresented Groups:

NatureLEAD specifically targets rural women and youth. In Madagascar, women often lack formal land titles. Our "User Rights" contracts focus on the stewardship of the land rather than ownership, ensuring women can participate and receive direct Carbon Dividends. By restoring land near villages, we save women up to 5 hours of walking per day. This time saving allows them to engage in high-value activities like vanilla curing or nutrition education. Our Village Agent network hires local youth, providing them with digital skills (GIS tablets) and green jobs.
