Women lead savings groups and seed sovereignty initiatives; youth spearhead digital climate monitoring. We prioritize leadership training and equitable decision-making within cooperatives, ensuring marginalized voices shape climate solutions. This is not inclusion—it’s leadership by those most impacted.
