Impact on Underrepresented Groups:

Our project empowers underrepresented groups in the climate movement through practical awareness activities. Households, especially women, are engaged in sessions on energy efficiency and waste management, strengthening their leadership in environmental protection. Youth in schools are mobilized through workshops and competitions, encouraging sustainable behaviors and knowledge transfer to their communities.
Small commercial shops, often owned by local community members, are supported with awareness programs on reducing plastic use and improving energy management, helping lower costs and promote sustainability. Industrial facilities are engaged in practical training sessions to measure emissions and improve efficiency, with a focus on involving local workers and young technicians.
Within our organization, women and youth play key roles in leadership and field implementation. This internal and external representation reflects our commitment to making marginalized groups and climate-vulnerable communities central actors in solutions, not just beneficiaries.
