Our project is designed to broaden participation in climate innovation by creating accessible pathways into industrial decarbonization and climate materials careers. Minima Scientific is a woman-owned company, and we are committed to building a diverse team as we scale. As we grow, we intend to recruit and support underrepresented talent across core functions including engineering, materials R&D, commercialization, sales, and marketing.

We will also expand representation through structured training and early-career opportunities. Minima plans to host high school and undergraduate interns who can gain hands-on experience in climate-relevant applied science, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing-focused product development. These roles provide practical exposure to how climate solutions reach real markets—particularly in hard-to-abate sectors such as construction materials.

In addition, our deployment strategy targets high-impact industries and regions where decarbonization benefits can reach climate-vulnerable communities through more durable, resilient, and lower-carbon building materials. By enabling manufacturers to produce improved masonry and construction products without requiring new carbon-capture infrastructure, MinGlass supports climate impact that is both scalable and broadly distributed.
