Long-term (5+ Years): We will achieve scale by creating a "train-the-trainer" network of local Green Champions, replicating our model in 5+ surrounding villages. This will build a self-sustaining local green economy, measurably improving soil health, food security, and providing viable livelihoods, thereby transforming community resilience.
