How Project Affects Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions:
['Reduces GHGs (e.g., projects that reduce sources of GHGs, such as through efficiency or other changes in consumption)', 'Removes/stores GHGs (e.g., projects that capture, sequester, or otherwise enhance the "sinks" that accumulate and store GHGs)']
Impact on Underrepresented Groups:
Raksa Urvi is fundamentally an intersectional movement. Youth: We are 100% youth-led, addressing the specific vulnerability of Gen Z to "Eco-Anxiety" and unemployment. Women: Our leadership is majority female (Anggi, Amanda, Halida, etc.), promoting female leadership in the male-dominated energy sector. Indigenous Communities: Our project in Lantebung, Makassar, directly partners with indigenous groups, ensuring they are not just beneficiaries but active decision-makers in protecting their ancestral lands from industrial encroachment.

Mission Statement:
Derived from Sanskrit meaning “Protecting the Earth,” Raksa Urvi democratizes access to the green economy for Indonesia’s youth, transforming the demographic bonus into a climate-resilient workforce by turning eco-anxiety into eco-opportunity through skills, networks, and platforms for sustainable livelihoods and planetary health restoration.
