Impact on Underrepresented Groups:

Our model fundamentally centres the most climate-vulnerable and economically marginalised: India's waste-picker communities. These are predominantly women, low-caste, minority, and migrant populations living multidimensional poverty with life expectancies as low as 39 years (vs 69 average Indian).

16 former waste-pickers now employed with 2-3x income increases, contracts, stock options, health insurance
72 lives fundamentally changed including household members
200+ total lives deeply impacted including families of all employees
Majority women workforce in processing operations, reflecting waste-picker demographics
