The Net Zero Machine is a carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) solution that captures CO₂ directly from industrial flue gases and permanently sequesters it through mineral carbonation. The process converts emissions into stable, non-toxic solid materials that can be reused in construction and industrial applications, enabling scalable and durable emissions reduction at source.

The Net Zero Machine empowers underrepresented groups primarily through inclusive employment, skills development, and direct impact in climate-vulnerable regions. Pi Green Innovations operates in India, where air pollution and climate impacts disproportionately affect low-income communities and informal workers. By deploying emission-reduction technologies at source, the project delivers direct public health and environmental benefits to communities most exposed to industrial pollution.

Within the organization, Pi Green actively employs and promotes talent from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, including first-generation engineers, technicians, and operators from industrial regions. Women are represented across sustainability, research, project management, and leadership-support roles, including in environmental engineering, ESG, and stakeholder engagement functions.
