A key example is CCM’s planned deployment in Bridgeport, Connecticut, aligned with the vision of creating an “innovation corridor” that leverages clean-energy manufacturing as a catalyst for inclusive regional growth. Establishing a CCM facility at this site would support economic revitalisation in a historically underserved community through skilled job creation, workforce development, and local supply chain engagement, while also delivering cleaner air and water. Women and people from diverse backgrounds are represented across CCM’s leadership and engineering teams. This representation informs decision-making and how projects are designed, implemented, and scaled. CCM also supports early-career scientists and engineers through hands-on R&D, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and exposure to real-world climate infrastructure deployment.
