Project Summary / Description:

Direct Capture and Detoxification of Methane from the Exhaust System of Agricultural Machinery such as Soil Preparation Equipment: Bedtillers, Rotavators, Plows, Power tillers, Rotary tillers and Harrows, as well as Planting and Seeding Machines namely Planters, Transplanters and Seeders. Others are: Harvesting Equipment - Harvesters, Post - Harvest and Processing Machinery - Cotton module builders, Threshers, Balers, and Forage Harvesters, Irrigation and Spraying Equipment - Sprayers, Livestock and Composting Equipment - machines for feed preparation, WASTE MANAGEMENT and Composting. The captured Methane is completely detoxified via DUAL STRATEGIES & PROCESSES viz: (1) Catalytic Reduction of Methane to Hydrogen and Carbon (SOOT) which is utilized for manufacturing inks, paint and shoe polish. The Digital Device contains an Air - Tight Chamber to create an Anerobic condition. (2) Anaerobic Conversion of Methane to Biofuel (Biomethane) which also involves gasification and methanation. The biofuel is used to energize and heat the device to produce or create thermophilic temperature (>55 degree Celsius) to catalyze entire processes.
