The Maharashtra Methane Mission (M3) is the world's largest livestock methane reduction project, targeting 20 million dairy animals to mitigate up to 30 million tonnes of CO2e annually. We achieve this massive impact through eVerse.AI’s proprietary, end-to-end technology stack. By  AI-driven muzzle biometrics, and calibrated portable methane measurement devices, we completely digitize the decentralized farm. This infrastructure powers our GreenCow dMRV platform for livestock enteric methane reduction projects  to seamlessly deliver and verify anti-methanogenic feed interventions, cutting enteric methane by 30% while drastically improving farmer livelihoods by putting $85 per animal per year into their pockets.

Impact on Underrepresented Groups:

Our project directly empowers one of the world's most climate-vulnerable and economically marginalized demographics: India's 80 million smallholder dairy farmers. In India, daily dairy operations are predominantly managed by rural women who operate at subsistence levels. Historically, they have been entirely excluded from global climate finance due to the prohibitive costs of traditional emissions measurement. We bridge this gap by providing our ConnectedCow platform and free AI advisory tools to these communities. By verifying methane reductions and boosting milk yields, we inject approximately $85 per animal annually directly into their pockets—including a 60% direct share of carbon credit revenues. This delivers profound economic empowerment and climate resilience for rural women.

Internally, our organization intrinsically reflects the Global South communities we serve. Headquartered in Nagpur, India, we are a locally-led enterprise that integrates rural field staff directly with our deep-tech engineers. Crucially, women are represented at our highest executive level: our Co-Founder and President of Carbon Projects, Vidhi Gaur, spearheads our global climate finance and digital MRV initiatives.
